Since 2004, PRofiFLITZER GmbH has been successfully providing point of sales services for a large number of national and international partners in the DACH region. This includes the development, planning, execution and control of integrated campaigns like sales promotions, merchandising campaigns or providing coaches, primarily targeting the point of sale as well as beyond. With PoSLive, PRofiFLITZER has been offering a state-of-the-art online video consulting platform since 2018 that fulfills both the demands for digital sales and expert consultations.

With the founding of PRofiFLITZER in 2004, my goal was to sustainably express my idea of a common approach to each other by creating a dynamic corporate culture.

As a Master of Business Administration graduate and Managing Director with a focus on sales and finance, I strive continuously to develop target-oriented strategies and customized solutions for our customers. Here at PRofiFLITZER, we are confident in PoSLive and its potential to positively change brick-and-mortar retail and revolutionize e-commerce.

Ever since the company was founded in 2004, we have been providing our international customers with world-class products and sales consultants. In doing so, we have made a big difference in brick-and-mortar retailing.

Bringing quality consulting experiences to online shopping consumers in real-time from live, top consultants has been my personal mission for some time. With PoSLive, we have created a service that enables digital consulting from anywhere in the world and has finally closed the consulting void in e-commerce.

We are now revolutionizing online retailing. There are many names and faces behind the success of PoSLive. We have many competent employees working for us, who have been achieving the high standards expected of our performance on a daily basis for several years. These individuals think and act in an entrepreneurial manner and are aware of their responsibility to continuously convince our customers by providing an excellent level of consultancy services and stable performance. Therefore, PoSLive also embodies individual talents that are pooled together to create one team of experts.

The experience he has gained from various start-ups helps give the project team the necessary agility that we believe is essential these days.

Our Sales Director is the first point of contact for our new partners and a permanent mentor/supporter to our project managers. With +20 years in the retail channel, such as at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group HQ, Microsoft and now on the agency side at PRofiFLITZERN, Ron has a 360° view of the PoS. He has built up a huge network during this time and has found his calling in the service industry.

Team Lead PoS Live

Our project manager Tim is the heart and soul of the PoSLive team. He has an extraordinary feel for talent and that's why he has the final say in the selection of personnel for the project. Based on Tims experience, not every consultant at the PoS is also a good fit for video consultations. For this reason, he puts the candidates through a 3-stage interview process to test their skills/impact in front of the camera.

Tim challenged, motivates and develops our specialist advisors and is not too good to go an extra mile for the benefit of each individual.
